Internal Sales Administrator

We are a family run business, supplying construction sites, ports and factories across the country with power tools, site supplies, building materials and PPE, mostly inside the M25.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our busy office, working alongside the Sales Director and the sales team to assist in the smooth running of everyday operations.

Duties will include:

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Receive and process customer orders
  • Responding to customer emails
  • Liaise with customers and communicate feedback to the Sales Team
  • Prepare orders for dispatch
  • Processing purchase invoices

Skills & Experience:

  • IT Literate
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Sage 50 Accounts (not essential)
  • Similar job experience a bonus, but not essential
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

In return for your skills & knowledge, we are offering a competitive salary, 20 days holiday + bank holidays and additional company benefits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 17:30pm
